NEW Barrel Cooler ! (patent 6,508,159)
We have designed a Barrel Cooler, and are looking for a Partner to help manufacture, or distribute, or ??
We have three (3) designs of the cooler:
1) Slip On version
2) Collet version
3) Split version
Slip On version -
We have tested the Slip on version. FIRST we started with a Ruger MKII 22-250 rifle. We shot 5 rounds at 200 yards. After 5 rounds, the barrel was to hot to touch. We let the barel cool, then attached our Barrel cooler.
We shot 5 more rounds at 200 yards, and the barrel was warm to the touch, and NO harmonic distortion occured since our grouping remained the same. We shot 20 more times as fast as we could. Same thing, warm to the touch, and a nice grouping.
Besides helping to keep the barrel cool for Varmint hunters and Snipers.... It Just Plain Looks COOL!!
